A few kilometres west of Oldenburg, the Boardinghouse Kowalski offers our guests attractive, well-kept and reasonably priced single flats, fitters‘ flats with single bedrooms and family flats. The house with its 13 fully furnished flat flats was built exclusively for the accommodation business.
Our flats are just as suitable for fitters who are employed in the region as they are for holidaymakers. The flats are specially designed to meet the needs of self-catering guests and can be booked on a temporary basis.
Your temporary home!
All flats are equipped with their own kitchen/living room, shower bathrooms, single bedrooms and balcony access. In the fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room you will find a cosy seating area, a kitchenette, a safe for your valuables, as well as free TV and internet access (WLAN). The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, electric cooker, coffee maker, kettle and dishes. Due to the upscale furnishings with single bedrooms and light-proof electronic window shutters, each of the flats offers you a private retreat for relaxation.
We provide you with towels and bed linen – our house service takes care of the weekly cleaning of the flats for you. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for common use. There are free private parking spaces in front of the house for our guests‘ vehicles.
The three flat layouts allow for accommodation of different numbers of people. As the flats are located next to each other, it is also possible to accommodate larger groups without any problems.
We provide towels and bedsheets – the weekly cleaning of the apartments is done by our housekeeping service. There is a washing machine and a dryer for shared use in the boarding house. You can park your car for free in front of the guesthouse.
The three floor plans of the apartments allow us to lodge several amounts of persons. As the flats are close to each other, it is also possible to lodge bigger groups of persons.

The surroundings
The boarding house Kowalski is located in a quiet residential area.
The motorway connection to the A28 is about 8 kilometres away. A regular bus service to Oldenburg is nearby.
Shopping facilities are available Mon-Sat from 7 am to 9 pm in approx. 5 minutes on foot. A petrol station, pharmacy, several restaurants and ATMs are also nearby.
